ONLINE SUBMISSION ONLY 
 The Town of Pelham is requesting the contracting services of a qualified contractor to upgrade the North Pelham Park and Centennial Park Diamonds to Clay, upgrade the Lighting at Centennial diamond #1—Field of Dreams, Park furniture and additional Fencing enclosures. Full restoration of all disturbed areas will be required in accordance with current Town of Pelham standards. The works are to proceed continuously to completion and complete all the work within 60 working days. 

The work is to be substantially complete by November 21st, 2025, except for surface reinstatements, which are to be completed by December 5th, 2025.
Should the playing season at the parks not be extended, the works are anticipated to proceed on schedule by September 15th, 2025.
