This Tender is an invitation by the Corporation of the Town of Pelham (the “Town”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Roadside Ditching Program on behalf of the Niagara Public Purchasing Committee (the “NPPC”), as further described herein. 
The Town on behalf of the NPPC requires qualified contractors for the purpose of regrading ditches and swales in various locations across the Participating Agencies of the NPPC, within the limits of the Regional Municipality of Niagara, as detailed herein. In addition, the successful bidder(s) will be responsible for providing all traffic control and providing a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to residents within the associated construction limits when access will not be available and/or will be restricted. 
The participating NPPC Agencies (“Participating Agencies”) committed for this Tender are listed below:  

Town of Pelham  
City of Port Colborne  
Town of Fort Erie  
Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake

Participating Agencies will be responsible for issuing their own contract and/or purchase order, in addition to paying their own invoices.  
Bidders who are currently under contract to provide the services described herein, or who are currently performing work for the Town or other NPPC agencies must also respond to this Tender to be considered for future work assignments.
