| Description: |
The Town of Pelham is requesting the contracting services for a qualified contractor for the purpose of regrading ditches and swales in locations across the Town. This contract will include the items as is specified in the schedule of quantities. In addition, the successful contractor will be responsible for providing all traffic control and profile a minimum of 24 hours notice to residents within the associated contribution limits when access will not be available and/or restricted. This project is to be substantially complete prior to October 31, 2020. Certified cheque, money order or bid bond valued at $1,000.00 required.
