The Town of Pelham is requesting the contracting services of a qualified contractor for the purpose of replacing a failing cross culvert at the intersection of River Road and Cream Street. The culvert is an 1800mm diameter corrugated steel pipe (CSP) and the replacement will be the same size and material.

The successful contractor will be responsible for all traffic control, resident notification within the associated construction limits and notification when access will not be available. Full restoration of all disturbed areas will be required in accordance with current Town of Pelham standards.

The works are to be substantially complete by September 1st, 2023.
