The Town of Pelham is requesting the contracting services of a qualified contractor for the purpose of supplying and installing a pre-assembled, Standstead grey, polished, steel and rock surfaced, aluminum interior, polished Laser black front bal, 96 niche columbarium as designed in the 2026-PW-20 - 96 Niche Columbarium tender drawings. The successful proponent is to assemble, prepare and submit foundation drawings stamped by a Professional Engineer licensed in the Province of Ontario. The work is to be completed by December 15, 2026.
