ONLINE BID SUBMISSION ONLY Fonthill Outdoor Pool Renovations Location: 55 Park Lane, Fonthill, Ontario (Marlene Stewart Streit Park) The Town of Pelham is requesting the contracting services of a qualified general contractor for the purpose of the construction of Fonthill Outdoor Pool Renovations at 55 Park Lane Fonthill. Work is to be in accordance with the attached drawings and specifications. A mandatory site meeting is scheduled for 10 am on April 16th, 2026 . Meet in front of the existing park service building off the parking lot. Aquatic sub-contractors are encouraged to attend, but not mandatory The start date for construction is as early as May 18, 2026 and the date for Total Completion of this project is no later than May 15, 2027. |
