The Town of Pelham is requesting the contracting services of a qualified contractor for the purpose of rehabilitation works for surface treated roads located town wide within the Town of Pelham.  
This contract will consist of the resurfacing and rehabilitation of local roads, locations as per the Schedule of Drawings. This contract will include the items as specified in the schedule of quantities. All works are to include all necessary material and labour to complete each item, unless specified otherwise. The price to be submitted shall be all inclusive of any and all costs associated in delivering the final end products as specified in this document.  
The successful contractor will be responsible for all traffic control, resident notification within the associated construction limits and notification when access will not be available. Full restoration of all disturbed areas will be required in accordance with current Town of Pelham standards.  
The works are to proceed continuously to the completion and complete all the work within number (90) working days. The work is to be substantially complete by August 31, 2025 except for surface reinstatements which are to be completed by September 29, 2025.
