2025-PW-12 Roadside Mowing Program 2025 ( 2026 & 2027)

The Town of Pelham is requesting the contracting services of a qualified contractor to supply equipment and operators to carry out rural roadside mowing operations for the mowing seasons in 2025, 2026, and 2027 with the option to extend through 2028 and 2029. However, the contractor will be required to hold pricing from 2027 to extend the contract for the additional years. Work is anticipated to commence during the first week of May and end during the first week of October for each mowing season. The contract will be established by the Director of Public Works or designate.  
Each seasonal cutting must be completed within three (3) weeks of notification to commence. The Contractor shall fully complete a separate specification sheet (see Form of Tender) for each piece of equipment involved in this contract.
