 OVERVIEW 

The Town of Pelham is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to conduct a comprehensive Office Space Needs Assessment, Future Space Planning and Provide Two Conceptual Floor Plan Options for both immediate and future needs of staff at the Town of Pelham’s Municipal Townhall and Meridian Community Centre. This project is intended to provide a review of the current staff office space layout and determine future space requirements as well as develop conceptual design solutions including estimated budget requirements for current and future staff needs that ensure an efficient, functional and sustainable work environment.   

The successful proponent must provide credible, accurate, reliable, on-time, and financially responsible deliverables for this project. The proponent must have a suitably qualified Architect on staff, capable of carrying out this Assessment. This project must be completed in 2026. 

The full scope of work is described in Appendix “A” to this Request for Proposal (“RFP”).  Bids must respond to all terms, conditions, specifications and special instructions in Appendix “A”.  Bids that do not respond to all items in Appendix “A” are non-compliant with this RFP and will be disqualified.

Bids will be evaluated based on the criteria set out in this RFP.  The Town intends to enter an agreement with the successful Bidder in substantially the same form as the agreement attached as Appendix “D” to this RFP.
