***** THIS DOCUMENT IS ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS ONLY***** The Town of Pelham has identified the need for a Consultant Team to undertake the work associated with the development of a Secondary Plan for the South Fonthill Settlement Boundary expansion area. These Terms of Reference define the scope of work and process for the preparation of the Secondary Plan for South Fonthill. Additionally, the consulting team will be tasked with reviewing and updating, as necessary, the East Fonthill Secondary Plan, Northwest Fonthill Secondary Plan, and East Fenwick Secondary Plan to ensure consistency with current Provincial policy and format the plans so they are consistent with each other. The general policy framework, supporting studies, and land use plans are not intended to be changed.
