The Town of Pelham is requesting the contracting services of a qualified contractor for the purpose replacing and upgrading the existing sanitary sewer on Foss Road from Church Street to Balfour Street. The successful contractor will be responsible for all traffic control, resident notification within the associated construction limits and notification when access will not be available. Full restoration of all disturbed areas will be required in accordance with current Town of Pelham standards. The works are to proceed continuously to the completion and complete all the work within number (140) working days. The work is to be substantially complete by October 30, 2026 except for surface reinstatements which are to be completed by November 30, 2026. A Geotechnical Report is included for the Tenderer’s review to access the subsurface conditions. Tenderers are to make further investigation as they deem necessary, and at their own expense, to accurately assess the subsurface conditions to be encountered.
