***** THIS DOCUMENT IS ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS ONLY***** OVERVIEW With Council’s adoption of the 2026 new Town of Pelham Official Plan, the municipality is now interested in implementing the new provincial directions and related policies while protecting job growth and affordable housing for the long term in the Town of Pelham. An Employment Area and Affordable Housing Study is now required. The Town is seeking proposals for services to complete this study. The full scope of work is described in Appendix “A” to this Request for Proposal (“RFP”). Bids must respond to all terms, conditions, specifications and special instructions in Appendix “A”. Bids that do not respond to all items in Appendix “A” are non-compliant with this RFP and will be disqualified. Bids will be evaluated based on the criteria set out in this RFP. The Town intends to enter an agreement with the successful Bidder for substantial completion no later than January 1, 2027. |
