**** This Document is Electronic Bid Submission Only **** The Town of Pelham is requesting the contracting services of a qualified contractor for the purpose of the Replacement of Cream Street Culvert (Structure No. 12) in the Town of Pelham. The successful contractor will be responsible for all traffic control, resident notification within the associated construction limits and notification when access will not be available. Full restoration of all disturbed areas will be required in accordance with current Town of Pelham standards. The works are to proceed continuously to the completion and complete all the work within sixty-three (63) working days. The work is to be 100% complete by September 29, 2023. A Geotechnical Report is included for the Tenderer’s review to access the subsurface conditions. Tenderers are to make further investigation as they deem necessary, and at their own expense, to accurately assess the subsurface conditions to be encountered. |
