The Town of Pelham is seeking proposals for a three season Environmental Impact Study on Town owned lands referred to Balfour Street Extension. The lands as identified in the attached document are located in Fenwick where the proposed extension of Balfour Street from Webber Road to Chantler is being considered by Council.
