The Town of Pelham is requesting the contracting services of a qualified contractor to provide public realm enhancements Town of Pelham. The successful contractor will be required to complete tree plantings in Town and along Summersides Boulevard between Station Street and Rice Road 
The successful contractor will be responsible for all traffic control, resident notification within the associated construction limits and notification when access will not be available. Full restoration of all disturbed areas will be required in accordance with current Town of Pelham standards.  


The works are to proceed continuously to the completion and complete all the work within twenty (20) working days. The work is to be completed by October 31, 2024.
